Loss or Damage definition

Loss or Damage means any loss or damage to the Vehicle, including that caused by theft of the Vehicle or by adverse weather events, that requires repair or replacement including the loss of use of the Vehicle (demurrage), legal expenses, assessment fees, towing and recovery costs, storage, service charges and any appraisal fees of the Vehicle;
Loss or Damage means all losses, costs or damages (including legal costs on a solicitor client basis) arising in connection with any personal injury, death, damage to property or economic loss.
Loss or Damage means any loss or damage or injury of whatever nature, including without limitation, personal injury, disease and death;

Examples of Loss or Damage in a sentence

  • The policy will be subject to a Deductible of R25 000 for Property Damage claims only but R250 000 where Loss or Damage involves Aircraft.

Loss or Damage means all claims, liabilities, costs and expenses of every kind or nature, including amounts paid under any State or Federal compensation law, and costs and attorneys fees incurred in the investigation, defense, or settlement of any actual or threatened legal proceeding related to personal injury or property loss or damage (including environmental loss or damage). Property loss or damage includes loss or damage to real property and improvements thereon, and personal property of any party or third persons. Personal injury includes injury to or illness or death of persons including employees of any party or third persons.
