Major Enhancements definition

Major Enhancements means changes or additions to Code and related Documentation that (1) have a value and utility separate from the use of the Code and Documentation; (2) as a practical matter, may be priced and offered separately from the Code and Documentation; and (3) are not made available to any of Nexgenix's clients without separate charge.
Major Enhancements shall be as defined in the IDA.
Major Enhancements provide substantial additional value that could be offered to customers for an additional charge.

  • Those Major Enhancements not covered under an Annual Maintenance Fee shall be subject to the supplemental charges set forth in 3.2. Rate Schedule hereto.

  • IWL may, but is not obligated to, offer Major Enhancements to Customer at a reduced fee.

More Definitions of Major Enhancements

Major Enhancements. QUMU will provide the LICENSEE with access to download all Major Enhancements at no additional license charge. Major Enhancements will only be implemented as a part of a QUMU Professional Services engagement (additional fees apply). Depending on the version of the currently deployed solution, tasks included in this engagement might include: database upgrades, scoping conference calls/meetings, weekly preparation review meetings, installation services, deployment advisory services, testing services, go-live services or live event services. Major Enhancements include new releases of the Licensed Software, generally referred to as “point releases.”
