Master association definition

Master association means an organization that is authorized to exercise some or all of the powers of one or more associations on behalf of one or more common interest communities or for the benefit of the unit owners of one or more common interest communities.
Master association means an organization described in G.S. 47F-2-120, whether or not it is also an association described in G.S. 47F-3-101.
Master association means an organization described in Section 18.5 whether or not it is also an association described in Section 18.3.

  • During the applicable Affordability Period, each Owner of an Individual Development containing Affordable Dwelling Units shall submit an annual report (including annual recertification of each tenant of the Individual Development per the definitions and requirements of this Agreement) to the Master Association and to the HCDD by September 30 of each year.
