Maturity Payment definition

More Definitions of Maturity Payment

Maturity Payment means a payment of an amount equal to the amount by which (x) the sum of the amount payable to the Company under the Policy upon maturity thereof, the amount of any Unanticipated Indebtedness existing on at such time and the amount of Unanticipated Withdrawals made prior to such time, exceeds (y) the aggregate amount of Premiums paid by the Company on or before such time (or due and owing on at such time).
Maturity Payment. Holders of the Notes will receive at maturity, for each $10 principal amount of Notes such holders hold, a payment equal to the sum of $10 and an interest distribution amount (as described in the Prospectus Supplement dated April 26, 2004 relating to the Notes).
