Maximum number of Utilisations. (a) A Borrower may not deliver a Utilisation Request if as a result of the proposed Utilisation:
Maximum number of Utilisations. A Borrower (or the Company on its behalf) may not deliver a Utilisation Request if as a result of the proposed Utilisation the aggregate number of outstanding Facility A Loans and Facility B Loans would exceed ten (10).
Maximum number of Utilisations. (a) The Borrower may deliver more than one Utilisation Request on any one day.
Maximum number of Utilisations. (a) A Borrower (or the Company) may not deliver a Utilisation Request if as a result of the proposed Utilisation 20 or more Revolving Facility Loans would be outstanding.
