Medicare Program definition

Medicare Program means the Medicare Parts A and B federal program administered by CMS under which certain medical items, services, and/or prescription drugs are furnished to Medicare beneficiaries under Title XVIII of the Social Security Act, 42 U.S.C. § 1395, et seq.

Medicare Program means the federal program administered by the Centers for Medicare & Medicaid Services (“CMS”) under which certain medical items, services, and/or prescription drugs furnished to Medicare beneficiaries are reimbursed under Title XVIII of the Social Security Act, 42 U.S.C. § 1395, et seq.
