Meeting of the Members definition

Meeting of the Members means an Annual Meeting of the Members or a Special Meeting of the Members;

Meeting of the Members means an Annual Meeting of the Members or a Special Meeting of the Members, which all Members have the right to attend;

Meeting of the Members means the any AGM or Special Meeting of the Corporation, as applicable in the circumstances.
