Member Loan definition

Member Loan is defined in Section. 3.03(b).
Member Loan shall have the meaning set forth in Section 3.2(b).

Examples of Member Loan in a sentence

  • If a BBE member shall go out of business, any debt owed to BBE shall be repaid from the BBE Member Loan Fund directly to BBE and will become immediately due to BBE in cash.

  • All barter and cash debts, including debts paid by the BBE Member Loan Fund, will become immediately due to BBE in cash.

  • Any amounts so applied shall be treated, for all purposes under this Agreement, as having actually been distributed to the Non-Contributing Member and applied by the Non-Contributing Member to repay the outstanding Member Loan.

  • Each Member Loan shall be due and payable upon the earlier of six (6) months from the date such Member Loan is advanced or the dissolution of the Company.

  • Failure of the Contributing Member to timely give such written notice to the Non-Contributing Member shall be deemed to constitute an election to renew such Member Loan for an additional term of six (6) months on the terms set forth herein.
