Member of the Group definition

Member of the Group means any one of them.
Member of the Group means the Company or any Affiliate of the Company from time to time;
Member of the Group means the Company or any one of its Subsidiaries from time to time;

More Definitions of Member of the Group

Member of the Group means the Company, any holding company, subsidiaries or affiliates of the Company or other companies or associated companies of the Company which the Board determines will be subject to the Share Option Scheme.
Member of the Group means the Company, its subsidiaries from time to time or any other company which the Committee determines should be treated as a Member of the Group for some or all purposes;
