Member of the judge s family” means a spouse, domestic partner, child, grandchild, parent, grandparent, or other relative or person with whom the judge maintains a close familial relationship. See Rules 3.7, 3.8, 3.10, and 3.11.
The judge means the judge or the substitute judge of the juvenile and domestic relations district
Judiciary means United States Government.
Restorative justice means practices, policies, and programs informed by and sensitive to the needs of crime victims that are designed to encourage offenders to accept responsibility for repairing the harm caused by their offense by providing safe and supportive opportunities for voluntary participation and communication between the victim, the offender, their families, and relevant community members;
Member of the Immediate Family means spouse, parent or stepparent, child or stepchild, brother or sister, stepbrother or stepsister, brother-in- law or sister-in-law, mother-in-law or father-in-law, or son-in-law or daughter-in-law.
Member of the University Community means students, faculty, or staff, or other persons affiliated with the University.
Alternative Judgment means a form of final judgment that may be entered by the Court but in a form other than the form of Judgment provided for in this Stipulation and where none of the Parties hereto elects to terminate this Settlement by reason of such variance.
Member of the Board means an individual who is a member of the Board or of the board of directors of a Subsidiary or an Affiliate.
Member of the household means any person who resides with the public official.
Member of the family shall have the meaning prescribed by Code Section 529(e)(2), and shall mean any individual who bears one of the following relationships to the beneficiary:
Alternate Judgment means a form of final judgment that may be entered by the Court herein but in a form other than the form of Judgment provided for in this Stipulation.
member of Her Majesty s forces posted overseas” means a person who is a member of the regular forces or the reserve forces (within the meaning of section 374 of the Armed Forces Act 2006), who is absent from the dwelling that the person normally occupies as his home because the person has been posted outside of Great Britain to perform the duties of a member of Her Majesty’s regular forces or reserve forces; and
ordinary member of the committee means a member of the committee who is not an officer of the Association under Rule 21;
Member of the Service means a person appointed in a substantive capacity under the provisions of these rules and orders/rules in force previous to the commencement of these rules, to a post in the cadre of the service.
Member of the clergy means a clergyman or practitioner of any religious denomination accredited by the religious body to which he or she belongs.
Member of the public means any individual except when that individual is receiving an occupational dose.
Member of the Executive Council means the Member of the Executive Council responsible for local government in the Province;
Judicial officer means any justice or judge of a court of record or any county
Adjudicative proceeding means the procedure to be followed in contested cases, as set forth in RSA 541-A:31 through RSA 541-A:36.
District Representative means the Superintendent of the District, or any other person authorized by the Governing Board of the District to act on behalf of the District under or with respect to this Facilities Lease.
Subordinate joint force commander means a sub-unified commander or joint task force commander.
