Members definition

Members means all such Persons.

Members means the companies, organisations, persons and entities who are, during the term of the Agreement, members of SAMRO (including the members of the Affiliated Societies), and who have licensed, assigned and/or mandated the licensing of the Performance of Works of Music owned and/or controlled by them to SAMRO and/or the Affiliated Societies, as the case may be.

Members means the persons who are duly registered as the holders from time to time of shares in the register including persons who are jointly so registered.

• In the event of any and all deadlocks, disputes, controversies or claims of whatever nature arising out of, related to, in connection with or as a result of this Agreement, or the breach hereof (individually and collectively, a “Dispute”), the Members shall first endeavor to resolve the same by good faith negotiations.
