Milestone Dates definition

Milestone Dates means the dates for completion of specified Project activities as contained in the Project Schedule.
Milestone Dates has the meaning assigned to it in Section 5.6.

Examples of Milestone Dates in a sentence

  • The Developer will: report on the actual progress of Works at Development Partner Meetings (to monitor the actual progress of Works as against the requirements of the Programme); and provide updates at Development Partner Meetings to ensure the representatives are fully informed of progress and any issues in respect of the achievement of the Milestones by the Milestone Dates.

  • The Design Documents for the Project must: be prepared in accordance with the Development Framework (including complying with the Design Guidelines); be consistent with the Project Objectives; be consistent with the Programme and so that the applicable Milestone Dates can be achieved; and meet any relevant Consent requirements.


More Definitions of Milestone Dates

Milestone Dates means those dates set forth in the second column of the table contained in Exhibit F, with respect to the attainment of the corresponding Milestone Events set out in the first column of the table contained in Exhibit F.
Milestone Dates means dates by which Services must be delivered as specified in Attachment 1;
