MNE Group definition

MNE Group means any Group that (i) includes two or more enterprises the tax residences of which are in different jurisdictions, or includes an enterprise that is resident for tax purposes in one jurisdiction and is subject to tax with respect to the business carried out through a permanent establishment in another jurisdiction, and (ii) is not an Excluded MNE Group;

MNE Group means any Group that includes two or more enterprises for which the tax residence is in different jurisdictions or includes an enterprise that is resident for tax purposes in one jurisdiction and is subject to tax with respect to the business carried out through a permanent establishment in another jurisdiction;

MNE Group means any group that includes at least one entity or permanent establishment which is not located in the jurisdiction of the ultimate parent entity;

Examples of MNE Group in a sentence

• Subject to paragraph 2, the CbC Report is to be exchanged as soon as possible and no later than 15 months after the last day of the fiscal year of the MNE Group to which the CbC Report relates.

• Pursuant to the exchange of information provision of the Specified Double Taxation Agreements, Hong Kong will exchange the Country-by-Country Reports for the Fiscal Years that have been voluntarily filed with Hong Kong with the Other Jurisdictions in which, on the basis of the information in the Country-by-Country Reports, one or more Constituent Entities of the MNE Group are either resident for tax purposes, or are subject to tax with respect to the business carried out through a permanent establishment.
