Mobile Check Deposit definition

Mobile Check Deposit refers to our Mobile App service that allows you to deposit checks remotely by capturing photos of the fronts and backs of the checks using a camera-ready mobile device and delivering the images and associated deposit information to the Credit Union electronically.
Mobile Check Deposit or (“MCD”) is a feature that allows eligible and approved Consumer and Small Business clients that have successfully subscribed to Electronic Banking Services to make check deposits electronically to a designated account by using a camera-enabled mobile device capable of capturing and transmitting check images through a wireless service.
Mobile Check Deposit. , “MCD”, and “Services” means the remote deposit capture service offered by the credit union.

  • We may establish limits with respect to the dollar amount and/or number of items you may deposit through Mobile Check Deposit during any established time period, and these limits, which may be set on a daily or rolling 30-day basis, will change, in our sole discretion, from time to time.

  • You agree that it will be a material breach of this Agreement to deposit checks that have been submitted previously through Mobile Check Deposit or through any remote deposit capture service offered at the Credit Union or by any other financial institution.

  • In accordance with the terms of our Account Rules and Regulations disclosure regarding reviewing your account statement, you agree to notify us immediately of any suspected errors regarding items deposited through Mobile Check Deposit, and in no event later than 60 calendar days after your applicable account statement showing the deposit is made available to you.

  • Any breach of this Agreement may result in the termination of your ability to use Mobile Check Deposit and/or Online Services.

You understand and agree that by using the Mobile Check Deposit Services, you are accepting the terms and conditions of this Mobile Check Deposit Agreement and that your use of your CityNET Username and Password will be considered the same as your written signature in authorizing us to complete any transaction or request communicated to us. This mRDC Agreement is revised periodically, and it may include changes from earlier versions. This mRDC Agreement must be reviewed in conjunction with the Consumer Deposit Account Agreement and Disclosure Booklet, the CityNET Consumer Online Banking Agreement, the Consumer Deposit Accounts Brochure and all of your account opening documents for a complete discussion of all of the terms and conditions applicable to this mRDC Agreement, your account and your use of CityNET Online Financial Services.

Mobile Check Deposit. We offer our Mobile Check Deposit (MCD) service to eligible members who have enrolled in our Online Services and loaded our Mobile App on their mobile device. If an image of an item you transmit through MCD is submitted and received by us on a business day before 5:30 p.m., we consider the deposit as being made on that date – the “deposit date.” For deposits made after 5:30 p.m. or on a non-business day, the deposit date will be the next business day. Funds deposited through MCD will generally be made available the following business day after the deposit date; however, in our sole discretion, we may make funds available sooner or delay availability for a longer period of time under certain circumstances. Deposits made through MCD are governed by our Online Services Agreement, which is incorporated herein by reference. Our Online Services Agreement is available on our website. Holds on deposits made through MCD are not subject to the requirements of federal Regulation CC.
