Modification Agreement(s definition

Modification Agreement(s means the written order to the Contractor authorizing an addition, deletion, or revision in the goods, Services and/or Work to be provided under the Contract Documents or an adjustment in the Contract Price issued after the award of and/or execution of the Contract/Agreement. Such written order must be approved and/or executed by the applicable authorized representatives of the County in accordance with County policy. Modification Agreements that are required to be approved by the Board of County Commissioners pursuant to County policy must be executed by the Contractor and the Chair of the Board of County Commissioners.
