Upon termination of the Agreement, the intervention, the Monitoring Committee, financing, evaluation and reimbursement shall continue according to Section 4 and 5 of the Agreement as well as any addition of the contract content during the Agreement regarding individuals already included in the intervention.
The two representatives are the decision-making parties of the Monitoring Committee and both parties are required to implement the Monitoring Committee.
