Monthly Settlement Date definition

Monthly Settlement Date means the 25th day of each calendar month (or if such day is not a Business Day, the next occurring Business Day).

Monthly Settlement Date means the fifteenth (15th) day of each month (or, if such day is not a Business Day, the following Business Day).

Monthly Settlement Date means, with respect to any calendar month of a Delivery Period, the date(s) determined to be the PJM Settlement Date(s) pursuant to the PJM Agreements.

• On the Monthly Settlement Date, Buyer will pay to Seller, or Seller will pay to the Buyer, as the case may be, the total amount due in the applicable Invoice, subject to Section 7.5 (Netting of Payments).

• For twice monthly payments, the Monthly Settlement Date will apply to the payment for the second twice-monthly billing period.

More Definitions of Monthly Settlement Date

Monthly Settlement Date means the 21st day of each calendar month (or if such day is not a Business Day, the next occurring Business Day); provided, however, that on and after the occurrence and continuation of any Termination Event, the Monthly Settlement Date shall be the date selected as such by the Administrator (with the consent or at the direction of the Majority Purchaser Agents) from time to time (it being understood that the Administrator (with the consent or at the direction of the Majority Purchaser Agents) may select such Monthly Settlement Date to occur as frequently as daily) or, in the absence of any such selection, the date which would be the Monthly Settlement Date pursuant to this definition).

Monthly Settlement Date means, with respect to any calendar month of a Delivery Period, the first Business Day after the nineteenth (19th) calendar day of the month following service.

Monthly Settlement Date means the 17th day of each calendar month (or if such day is not a Business Day, the next occurring Business Day).

Monthly Settlement Date means, (i) initially, the earliest to occur of (a) the twentieth (20th) day of each calendar month (or, if such day is not a Business Day, the following Business Day), commencing April, 2023, and (b) the Wind Down Date, and (ii) following the occurrence of the Wind Down Date, each Loan Repayment Date (or, if such day is not a Business Day, the following Business Day).
