Municipal Preferred definition

Municipal Preferred means Municipal Auction Rate Cumulative Preferred Shares, without par value, liquidation preference $25,000 per share, of the Trust.
Municipal Preferred means the preferred shares, no par value, of any Trust designated as its "Municipal Auction Rate Cumulative Preferred Shares" and bearing such further designation as to series as the Board of Trustees of such Trust or any committee thereof shall specify, as set forth in the Request Letter.
Municipal Preferred means the Municipal Auction Rate Cumulative Preferred Shares of the Trust, the preferences, voting powers, restrictions, limitations as to dividends, qualifications, and terms and conditions of redemption are set forth in the Municipal Preferred Statement.

  • Dividends on shares of Municipal Preferred of any series shall accumulate at the Applicable Rate for shares of such series from the Date of Original Issue thereof.
