National Company definition

National Company means a company registered or incorporated under the Companies Act, 2003, in which the majority of shares and actual controlling interest are held by the nationals of the New Sudan.
National Company means any enterprise, firm, or company set up or incorporated in Pakistan.
National Company means insurance companies incorporated and licensed to operate in Southern Sudan in accordance with the provisions Companies Acts, enacted from time to time in Southern Sudan.
