New Exercise Price definition

New Exercise Price means $0.25 per share of Common Stock.
New Exercise Price means, in respect of a particular Option Agreement, the exercise price of an Option less the amount by which the Average Closing Common Share Trading Price exceeds the Average Opening Trust Unit Trading Price;
New Exercise Price means the New U.S. Exercise Price or the New Canadian Exercise Price, as determined for any new Option.

  • For the avoidance of doubt, if the New Exercise Price is greater than the Applicable Price, there shall be no adjustment to the Exercise Price.

More Definitions of New Exercise Price

New Exercise Price means (i) with respect to Parent Common Stock, a price per share equal to (x) $650,000, divided by (y) an amount equal to two and six-tenths percent (2.6%) of the issued and outstanding shares of Parent Common Stock on a fully diluted basis and (ii) with respect to WGSI Common Stock, a price per share equal to (x) $650,000 divided by (y) an amount equal to two and six-tenths percent (2.6%) of the issued and outstanding shares of WGSI Common Stock on a fully diluted basis or such adjusted exercise price in effect at the date of the exercise of the New Parent Warrant or the New WGSI Warrant, as applicable.
New Exercise Price means the fair market value per share of Insight common stock on the date on which the option grant was actually finalized.
New Exercise Price means the exercise price per share, following the adjustment described in Section 2.6(e), at which an option holder may purchase shares subject to a Continued Option.
