New Law means any law which becomes operative or effective subsequent to the Effective Date and shall include any City laws, ordinances, resolutions, rules or regulations.

Examples of New Law in a sentence
If the City denies any Project Approval on the basis that it does not comply with a New Law that is consistent with this Agreement, the City shall follow the procedures set forth in Section 4.03 of this Agreement.
