New Stadium definition

New Stadium. Shall have the meaning set forth in the Recitals above.
New Stadium means the new NFL football stadium that may be built by the 49ers or its affiliates on the New Stadium Site;
New Stadium means the new stadium that CSU will construct on the CSU Property, as further defined in the Development and Permitting Agreement.
