Non-Associated Gas definition

Non-Associated Gas means an accumulation of natural gas in a reservoir where there is no crude oil.
Non-Associated Gas means Natural Gas which is not Associated Gas; “Operating Costs” has the meaning given in Clause 2.4 of Annex C;

  • During this period the CONTRACTOR will conduct preliminary market studies in order to analyze the markets for the Non-Associated Gas as well as investigate such technical issues as reserve size ranges, deliverability and other issues pertaining to the exploitation of the Non-Associated Gas.

  • The CONTRACTOR shall negotiate and execute contracts for the sale of Non-Associated Gas, including the Government share, if the DEPARTMENT has not elected to get its share in the gas production in kind.

  • Natural Gas – means Non-Associated Gas and Associated Gas in their natural state including gas obtained from boreholes and wells and consisting primarily of hydrocarbons.

Non-Associated Gas means natural gas that is not produced as a byproduct of crude oil production but may or may not be produced with condensate.
