Non-Exclusive Products definition

Non-Exclusive Products has the meaning set forth in Section 3.3.
Non-Exclusive Products means Products listed on Schedule A-2 that are manufactured by Alba and packaged in accordance with the Non-Exclusive Product Specifications (hereinafter defined), along with any Improvements thereto.
Non-Exclusive Products means (a) NK Cells and Gamma Delta T Cell Products, and (b) TCR Non-Exclusive Products, in each case as generated or Developed by Ziopharm. For clarity, Non-Exclusive Products include all forms, formulations, presentations, doses, administrations and package configurations thereof.

  • If any Travelers Insurer is a non-exclusive provider of a Product to any International Parent Distributor in any Covered Country on the date of this Agreement (the "Non-Exclusive Products"), such Travelers Insurer shall have the right to be a provider of such Product, on a non-exclusive, Level Playing Field basis, to such International Parent Distributor in such country during the Term.

  • EPIC shall not share in any profits from Non-Exclusive Products sold by ELITE.

  • ELITE shall be the only other company allowed to manufacture, market and sell the Non-Exclusive Products and ELITE shall only sell to clinics.
