Non-Income Tax definition

Non-Income Tax means any Tax other than an Income Tax.
Non-Income Tax has the meaning set forth in the Tax Matters Agreement.

  • IP shall provide to Spinco the information relating to the Spinco Business reflected on any IP Non-Income Tax Return with respect to which Spinco is required to make a payment pursuant to Section 2.01(a)) at least thirty (30) days prior to the Due Date for such Tax Return or, in the case of any such Tax Return filed on a monthly basis or property Tax Return, five (5) days.
