Note A-5 definition

Note A-5 shall have the meaning assigned to such term in the recitals.

Note A-5 means that certain Replacement, Second Amended and Restated Promissory Note A-5, dated July 15, 2020, as the same may be amended, modified, supplemented extended, restated or replaced, and shall include any replacement promissory notes issued in respect thereof.

Note A-5 means that certain Amended and Restated Promissory Note A-5 (Third Mezzanine Loan), dated the date hereof, executed by Borrower and Lender and payable to the order of Lender in the amount of Forty One Million Two Hundred Fifty Four Thousand Five Hundred Eighty Three and 33/100 Dollars ($41,254,583.33), as the same may hereafter be amended, supplemented, or otherwise modified from time to time.

Examples of Note A-5 in a sentence

• None of the provisions of this Section 12(a) shall apply in the case of a sale of Note A-1, Note A-2, Note A-3 and Note A-4 together with Note A-5, in accordance with the terms and conditions of the Lead Securitization PSA.

More Definitions of Note A-5

Note A-5 shall have the meaning set forth in the definition of “Note” in Section 1.1 hereof, as the same may be amended, restated, replaced, extended, renewed, supplemented, severed, split, or otherwise modified from time to time.

Note A-5 and “Note A-6” shall mean the promissory notes designated “Replacement Promissory Note A-1,” “Replacement Promissory Note A-2,” “Replacement Promissory Note A-3,” “Replacement Promissory Note A-4,” “Replacement Promissory Note A-5” and “Replacement Promissory Note A-6,” respectively, that in each case is related to the Mortgage Loan and is in the original principal amount listed under “Promissory Notes” on the Mortgage Loan Schedule, as such promissory notes may be amended, modified or supplemented.

Note A-5 means that certain Second Amended and Restated Promissory Note A-5 (First Mezzanine Loan), dated as of the date hereof, executed by Borrower and Blackstone Special Funding (Ireland) and payable to the order of Blackstone Special Funding (Ireland) in the amount of Forty Five Million Five Thousand and No/100 Dollars ($45,005,000), as the same may hereafter be amended, supplemented, severed, consolidated or otherwise modified from time to time.

Note A-5 means that certain Promissory Note A-5, dated as of the date hereof, in the stated principal amount of $5,000,000.00, made by Borrower in favor of Lender, as the same may be amended, restated, replaced, supplemented or otherwise modified from time to time, including any Defeased Note and Undefeased Note relating thereto that may exist from time to time.
