Examples of Note Registrar in a sentence
Upon any resignation of any Note Registrar, the Issuer shall promptly appoint a successor or, if it elects not to make such an appointment, assume the duties of Note Registrar.
Neither the Issuer nor the Note Registrar will be required to register transfers or exchanges of Notes that will be redeemed within fifteen (15) days after the requested date of transfer or exchange.
None of the Issuer, the Note Registrar or the Indenture Trustee shall be liable for any delay in delivery of such instructions and may conclusively rely on, and shall be protected in relying on, such instructions.
