Notice of Charge definition

Notice of Charge means a duly completed notice of charge in the form set out in Schedule 4 (Form of Notice of Charge) or such other form as may be approved by the Collateral Agent.
Notice of Charge means the written notice sent by the Head of the Integrity Unit to the Applicable Person subject to the charge (and copied to their relevant Area Association and National Federation), as described in the Reporting, Investigation and Prosecution Rules.
Notice of Charge means the notice of charge of the Charged Portfolio to be delivered by the Obligors to the Custodian pursuant to the terms of the Charge Agreement.

  • We confirm that pursuant to clause 2.8 and clause 7 of the Charge, we are empowered and authorised to deliver this Notice of Charge for and on behalf of the Company.

  • The Chargor shall, prior to the delivery of a Notice of Charge pursuant to clause 2.8 or the occurrence of an Enforcement Event and at any time thereafter when no Enforcement Event is continuing (provided that at such time no Notice of Charge has been delivered pursuant to clause 2.8) , be entitled to receive, withdraw or otherwise transfer any credit balance from time to time on any Account.

  • The Chargor will forthwith give notice to each Account Bank (and forthwith on any change in the identity of any Account Bank shall give notice to the new Account Bank) of this Debenture in the form of Part I (Form of Notice of Charge over Bank Accounts) of Schedule 3 and shall use its reasonable endeavours to procure that the Account Bank or new Account Bank (as the case may be) acknowledges such notice in the form of Part II (Form of Acknowledgement of Charge over Bank Accounts) of Schedule 3.
