Notice of Disapproval definition

Notice of Disapproval or ‘disapproval” means NMED-issued correspondence requiring revision and resubmittal of a deficient document.
Notice of Disapproval has the meaning ascribed to such term in Section 5.1(h).
Notice of Disapproval has the meaning set forth in Section 8.2.1 herein.

  • The Notice of Architectural Determination must be executed by any two (2) Directors and shall certify that as of the date of the Notice either (i) the work completed complies with the provisions of this Declaration and the approval(s) issued by the Architectural Committee ("Notice of Approval") or (ii) the work completed does not comply with the provisions of this Declaration or the approval(s) issued by the Architectural Committee ("Notice of Disapproval").
