Notices shall be deemed to have been given: if given by courier service, when deposited with a courier service for overnight delivery with charges therefor prepaid or duly provided for; if given email or other electronic transmission, at the time of sending; and if given by personal delivery, at the time of delivery.
Notices will be deemed to have been given when received, provided that notices sent by email or fax will be deemed received when sent (except that, if not sent during normal business hours for the recipient, will be deemed received at the opening of business on the next business day for the recipient).
Notices, designations, determinations, and specifications made under this Agreement shall be in the English language.
