Occupants definition

Occupants means employees, visitors or invitees at NYC owned or managed buildings.
Occupants includes the Principal Occupant and the Permitted Occupants.
Occupants means and refer to any person, including, without limitation, any Owner or any guest, invitee, lessee, tenant, or family member of an Owner, occupying or otherwise using a Dwelling within the Development.
