Offices Closed definition

Offices Closed where any city employee is compensated. This does not apply when the City recognizes one of the above mentioned eleven (11) holidays on the nearest business day for a holiday that lands on a weekend. Any employee required to work on a holiday which is not the employee’s normal shift shall receive an overtime rate of two and one half times their normal hourly rate for such overtime hours. Hours worked on the above holidays shall be the hours between 0700 hours the day of the actual holiday until 0700 hours of the day after the actual holiday. It is agreed that there is no stacking of holiday time and call-in time. ARTICLE 18

Hours worked are still used to compile overtime computation. Hours working in overtime and holiday duty pay are paid at 2.25 times the normal rate. Employees voluntarily on duty and /or off on a shift trade are paid per the above process. Any employee voluntary/ forced in required to work on a holiday which is not the employee’s normal shift shall receive an overtime rate of two and one half (2.5) times their normal hourly rate for such overtime hours. During that pay period, these hours count as hours worked and also count as overtime paid hours for that pay period. Hours worked on the above holidays shall be the hours between 0700 hours the day of the actual holiday until 0700 hours of the day after the actual holiday. It is agreed that there is no stacking of holiday time and call-in time. ARTICLE 18

  • Commercial Close means the date the Project Agreement is signed by the Preferred Proponent and the Signing Parties;

For resources that do not have external financing, Financial Close shall mean the project has full funding available, and that the project has been duly authorized to proceed with full construction of the material portions of the project by the appropriate governing body of the company funding such project. A sworn, notarized certification by an officer of such company certifying to such facts, and that the officer has personal knowledge of, or has engaged in a diligent inquiry to determine, such facts, shall be sufficient to make such demonstration.

  • Place of Residence means the place where the family of any person

  • Loan Closing Date means the date upon which the Loan is made to the Company.

  • Financial Closing Date means the date of the closing of the initial agreements for any Financing of the Facility and of an initial disbursement of funds under such agreements.

  • Third Closing Date has the meaning set forth in Section 2.2(c).

  • Acquisition Closing Date means the date on which the Acquisition is consummated.

  • First Amendment Closing Date has the meaning assigned to such term in the First Amendment.

  • Second Closing has the meaning set forth in Section 2.2.

  • Option Closing Date shall have the meaning ascribed to such term in Section 2.2(c).

  • Final Closing Date shall have the meaning specified in Section 7.2(a) hereof.

  • Closing Location means the location that all Proposals for this RFP will be accepted at.
