Ounce shall have the meaning ascribed to the term in Section 1.1 of the relevant Trust Agreement.
Gallon means a United States gallon of two hundred thirty-one cubic inches of liquid at 60º Fahrenheit, and at the equivalent vapor pressure of the liquid.
kWh means kilowatt-hour.
Zone 3 means all of that part of the Lower Peninsula south of the line described in subdivision (bb).
Gold means (i) Physical Gold held by the Custodian or any Sub-Custodian under this Agreement and/or (ii) any credit to an account, including a Fund Unallocated Account, on an Unallocated Basis, as the context requires.
ore means any rock soil or alluvium bearing diamonds mined from mining leases granted pursuant to this Agreement;
Bullish rating means most stocks in the sector have (or the weighted average recommendation of the stocks under coverage is) a positive absolute recommendation.
Silver means elemental silver having an atomic weight of 107.869 and the chemical element symbol of Ag, whether found by itself or in combination with its alloys or any other metal.
Bullion means gold, silver, or platinum in a bulk state, where its value depends on its content rather than its form, with a purity of not less than 900 parts per 1,000.
fine ore means iron ore which has an average pure iron content of not less than sixty per cent. (60%) which will pass through a one half (½) inch mesh screen and which is sold without concentration or other beneficiation other than crushing and screening;
one-way street means a street upon which vehicular traffic is limited to movement in one direction.
oil tanker means a ship constructed or adapted primarily to carry oil in bulk in its cargo spaces and includes combination carriers and any “chemical tanker” as defined in Annex II of the present Convention when it is carrying a cargo or part cargo of oil in bulk.
Zone 2 means British Columbia and Alberta Receipt Points and Liquids Receipt Points at or upstream of the Blueberry Hill Compressor Station. ARTICLE 2 QUALITY 2.1 Subject to Articles 2.4, 2.5, 2.6, 2.7 and 21.1 hereof, Gas tendered to Transporter at Receipt Points shall conform to the following Quality Specifications:
British thermal unit or "Btu" means the amount of heat
Open Position means a Long Position or a Short Position which is not a Completed Transaction.
Cubic Foot means the volume of gas which occupies one cubic foot when such gas is at a temperature of 60 degrees Fahrenheit, and at a pressure of 14.73 pounds per square inch absolute.
MRP means the maximum retail price, excluding taxes, payable by a Subscriber for A-la Carte Channels or Bouquet of Pay Channels as notified by STAR in terms of the Tariff Order 2017 and as set out in Annexure A of the SLA as maybe amended from time to time;
Composite sample means a combination of individual samples of wastewater taken at 1 hour intervals, for eight (8) hours (or for the duration of discharge, whichever is less), to minimize the effect of variability of the individual samples. Individual samples must be of equal volume. (Example: one (1) liter per hour.)
PVC means Price variation clause
Mcf means one thousand (1000) cubic feet of gas.
Quarry means a pit, excavation, or other place made by any means for the purpose of removing Construction Materials or a site identified for such purposes, and includes works, machinery, plants, and buildings below or above ground belonging to or used in connection with a Quarry.
Open burning means the combustion of any material without the following characteristics:
Geotechnical report or "geotechnical analysis" means a scientific study or evaluation conducted by a qualified expert that includes a description of the ground and surface hydrology and geology, the affected land form and its susceptibility to mass wasting, erosion, and other geologic hazards or processes, conclusions and recommendations regarding the effect of the proposed development on geologic conditions, the adequacy of the site to be developed, the impacts of the proposed development, alternative approaches to the proposed development, and measures to mitigate potential site-specific and cumulative geological and hydrological impacts of the proposed development, including the potential adverse impacts to adjacent and down-current properties. Geotechnical reports shall conform to accepted technical standards and must be prepared by qualified professional engineers or geologists who have professional expertise about the regional and local shoreline geology and processes.
Dekatherm (dt) shall mean on million British Thermal Units and is synonymous to the term MMBTU.
gross tonnage means the gross tonnage calculated in accordance with the tonnage measurement regulations contained in Annex I to the International Convention on Tonnage Measurement of Ships, 1969 or any successor Convention.
Approved Petroleum Engineers means (a) Netherland, Xxxxxx & Associates, Inc., (b) Xxxxx Xxxxx Company Petroleum Consultants, L.P. and (c) any other independent petroleum engineers reasonably acceptable to the Administrative Agent.
