Online Order Form definition

Online Order Form means the form provided by JCS Online Resources on behalf of PressReader to the Client to place orders for PressReader Products and Services,which includes, inter alia, the Client’s information, account details (start date, number of user accounts requested, billing and other information). Submission of the Online Order Form by the Client confirms acceptance of all terms of use in place for the service, as well as this Agreement.
Online Order Form means an online form published on the Website by the Provider, which the Customer must complete and submit to the Provider, in order to purchase a Licence for the Basic Online Package;
Online Order Form means the application form submitted to ConneXions WiFi for provision of the Service;

  • Delivery Schedule means the schedule for the delivery of Services as set forth in attached Annex 3.
