Open for Business means the first day the Tenant begins the conduct of business in any part of the Premises.

Open for Business means conducting a business publicly at least 1,000 hours per calendar year.

Open for Business means the period of time during which all or substantially all of the Hotel is open for business to the general public.

Open for Business means open for full-time business operations with products and/or services that are necessary for the operation of the business in accordance with its business plan for full-time operations taking into account the nature of its business.

Open for Business as used in connection with the Phase II Mall shall mean that the Phase II Mall has held a public grand opening. The Mall Opening Date shall be extended one day for each day of delay due to Force Majeure or Developer Delays. If Mall II Buyer shall fail to cause the Phase II Mall to Open for Business by the Mall Opening Date, as extended as described in the prior sentence, Mall II Buyer shall reimburse Developer for any actual damages incurred as a result of the delayed opening for business of the Phase II Mall.

Open for Business means (i) with respect to the components of Phase II other than the office building, such component is Substantially Completed and open to the general public; (ii) with respect to the office building component of Phase II, such space is Substantially Completed and ready for occupancy, and (iii) with respect to Phase III, the first component is Substantially Completed and open to the general public (or, if such first component is office space or multi- family housing, such component is Substantially Completed and ready for occupancy).

Open for Business means that the space under roof and air-conditioned and heated is open for full-time business operations as a wholesale and retail general merchandise facility with a full line of products and services under the business name “Costco” or “Costco Wholesale”.

Open for Business means the date customers are permitted on the Premises. Upon the signing of this Lease, Tenant shall tender payment of the monthly installment of Annual Basic Rent for the first month of the Term in which Annual Basic Rent is due.
