Open for Business definition

Open for Business means the first day the Tenant begins the conduct of business in any part of the Premises.
Open for Business means the period of time during which all or substantially all of the Hotel is open for business to the general public.
Open for Business means conducting a business publicly at least 1,000 hours per calendar year.

More Definitions of Open for Business

Open for Business means open for full-time business operations with products and/or services that are necessary for the operation of the business in accordance with its business plan for full-time operations taking into account the nature of its business.
Open for Business means that the space under roof and air-conditioned and heated is open for full-time business operations as a wholesale and retail general merchandise facility with a full line of products and services under the business name “Costco” or “Costco Wholesale”.
