Open for Business definition

Open for Business means the first day the Tenant begins the conduct of business in any part of the Premises.

Open for Business means the period of time during which all or substantially all of the Hotel is open for business to the general public.

Open for Business means conducting a business publicly at least 1,000 hours per calendar year.

More Definitions of Open for Business

Open for Business means open for full-time business operations with products and/or services that are necessary for the operation of the business in accordance with its business plan for full-time operations taking into account the nature of its business.

If Mall II Buyer shall fail to cause the Phase II Mall to Open for Business by the Mall Opening Date, as extended as described in the prior sentence, Mall II Buyer shall reimburse Developer for any actual damages incurred as a result of the delayed opening for business of the Phase II Mall.

Open for Business means (i) the Building(s) and Improvement(s) are substantially complete; (ii) a certificate of occupancy for the Building has been issued; and (iii) the Parcel Owner or its tenant, agent or licensee is operating substantially in the manner that was approved by the Committee.
