Open-Source Components definition

Open-Source Components means any software component that is subject to any open-source copyright license agreement, including any GNU General Public License or GNU Library or Lesser Public License, or other obligation, restriction or license agreement that substantially conforms to the Open Source Definition as prescribed by the Open Source Initiative or otherwise may require disclosure or licensing to any third party of any source code with which such software component is used or compiled.
Open-Source Components means any software component that is subject to any open source license agreement, including any software available under the GNU Affero General Public License (AGPL), GNU General Public License (GPL), GNU Lesser General Public License (LGPL), Mozilla Public License (MPL), Apache License, BSD licenses, or any other license that is approved by the Open Source Initiative.
Open-Source Components means the open source software distributed with Wazuh software, as those are specifically described at xxx.xxxxx.xxx.

More Definitions of Open-Source Components

Open-Source Components means any software component that is subject to any open source copyright license agreement, including software available under the GNU Affero General Public License (AGPL), GNU General Public License (GPL), GNU Lesser General Public License (LGPL), Mozilla Public License (MPL), Apache License, BSD licenses, or any other license that is approved by the Open Source Initiative.
Open-Source Components shall have the meaning as set forth in Section 14.
Open-Source Components means any Licensor or third-party software that is licensed, provided, or distributed under any open-source license, including any license meeting the Open Source Definition (as promulgated by the Open Source Initiative) or the Free Software Definition (as promulgated by the Free Software Foundation), or any substantially similar license.
