Operation and Maintenance Expenses or ‘O&M expenses' means the expenditure incurred on operation and maintenance of the project, or part thereof, and includes the expenditure on manpower, repairs, spares, consumables, insurance and overheads;

Operation and Maintenance Expenses means all reasonable and necessary current expenses of the System, for any particular Fiscal Year or period to which such term is applicable, paid or accrued, related to operating, maintaining and repairing the System, including, without limiting the generality of the foregoing:
