Operational Change definition

Operational Change any change in the Supplier's operational procedures which in all respects, when implemented: (a) will not affect the Charges and will not result in any other costs to the Authority; (b) may change the way in which the Services are delivered but will not adversely affect the output of the Services or increase the risks in performing or receiving the Services; (c) will not adversely affect the interfaces or interoperability of the Services with any of the Authority's IT infrastructure; and (d) will not require a change to this Agreement;

Examples of Operational Change in a sentence

  • Operational Change: An application which proposes an operational change of a valid permit.

  • The RFOC shall include the following details: the proposed Operational Change; and time-scale for completion of the Operational Change.

  • If either Party is in doubt about whether a Change falls within the definition of an Operational Change then it will be processed as a Contract Change.

Operational Change means any change in the Service Provider's operational procedures which in all respects, when implemented: will not affect the Charges or the Service Provider's costs of performing the Services and will not result in any other costs to the Purchaser; and may change the way in which the Services are delivered but will not adversely affect the output of the Services or increase the risks in performing or receiving the Services; and will not adversely affect the interfaces or interoperability of the Services with any of the Purchaser's IT infrastructure; and/or will not require a change to this Contract.
Operational Change means a change to any Process which affects the procedures, scheduled operations activities, output and/or functioning of the Service Delivery Model, but which is not determined to be a Project, and does not require an adjustment to the Agreement;
