Option Exchange definition

Option Exchange has the meaning attributed to that term in Subsection 3.1(d) of this Plan of Arrangement;

Option Exchange. Program shall mean a program whereby outstanding Options are surrendered in exchange for Options with a lower exercise price.

Option Exchange means the exchange of exchanged options for new RSUs.

Examples of Option Exchange in a sentence

• If an Option or Stock Purchase Right expires or becomes unexercisable without having been exercised in full, or is surrendered pursuant to an Option Exchange Program, the unpurchased Shares which were subject thereto shall become available for future grant or sale under the Plan (unless the Plan has terminated).

• If an Option expires or becomes unexercisable without having been exercised in full, or is surrendered pursuant to an Option Exchange Program, the unpurchased Shares which were subject thereto shall become available for future grant or sale under the Plan (unless the Plan has terminated).

More Definitions of Option Exchange

Option Exchange has the meaning set out in Subsection 3.01(1)(f);

Option Exchange means, subject to sub-Clause 3, the organised market or Trading Venue agreed upon in the Terms of the Transaction, and, in the absence of such agreement, such organised markets and Trading Venues on which option contracts concerning the relevant security or securities index are being traded and the trading of which the Calculation Agent deems to have a material effect on the market in these contracts.

Option Exchange has the meaning attributed to that term in Section 2.4(b) of this Plan of Arrangement.

Option Exchange. ’ means an exchange or quotation system (as specified in the relevant Final Terms or notified from time to time to Noteholders in accordance with Condition 17), if any, on which option contracts or future contracts on the Underlying Securities or the Index, in case of Index Linked Notes, are traded or quoted and as may be selected from time to time by the Calculation Agent.

Option Exchange shall have the meaning set forth in Section 7.13(b).
