Examples of Oral Warning in a sentence

  • An Oral Warning is documentation, confirmed in writing, that behavior or performance is inappropriate, and the employee was notified.

  • A copy of the Oral Warning will be filed in the Supervisor File if one is maintained.

  • An Oral Warning will be considered for the purposes of evaluating further disciplinary action no later than twelve (12) months from the date of issuance, so long as further discipline did not result for similar violations.

  • The discussion should include the following: - Clear statement communicating that this is an Oral Warning - Reasons why the performance or behavior does not meet expectations.

  • In exceptional cases (for example, where there are lengthy periods of time between Appointments), the University may remove the Oral Warning before the employee has completed four (4) months of actual work.

  • For purposes of clarity the content of an Oral Warning shall be summarized in writing by the Employer to the employee.

  • Disciplinary action shall include only the following: Oral Warning (documented); Written Reprimand; Suspension without Pay; Demotion; or Termination.

  • Oral Warning: When unsatisfactory performance/behavior is recognized, the supervisor addresses the employee as soon as possible.

  • The employee shall be notified that the discussion is an Oral Warning in accordance with this clause of the Collective Agreement.

Related to Oral Warning

  • Oral order means an order placed orally either in person or by telephone.

  • Oral communication means any oral communication uttered by a person exhibiting an expectation that such communication is not subject to interception under circumstances justifying such expectation, but such term does not include any electronic communication;

  • Oral Instruction has the meaning ascribed thereto in Section 2.1 hereof.

  • Oral Instructions means verbal instructions received by Custodian from an Authorized Person or from a person reasonably believed by Custodian to be an Authorized Person.

  • Functional behavioral assessment means an individualized assessment of the student that results in a team hypothesis about the function of a student’s behavior and, as appropriate, recommendations for a behavior intervention plan.

  • Corporal punishment means hitting, spanking, swatting, beating, shaking, pinching, excessive exercise, exposure to extreme temperatures, and other measures that produce physical pain.

  • Behavioral violation means a student’s behavior that violates the district’s discipline policies.

  • Infraction means a violation of this Code, a failure to comply with a directive from a teacher or administrator, or a violation of the rules established by a teacher for his/her class or by a Principal for his/her school.

  • Warning means a "Letter of Warning," which is a letter from the Association to an Association member or MLS Participant or Subscriber advising of a lack of professional conduct or a violation of MLS rules determined by a "due process" hearing by a hearing Panel and warning that future similar conduct could result in further and additional discipline as provided in this Manual.

  • Behavioral health treatment means counseling and treatment programs, including applied behavior analysis, that are:

  • electoral officer or “election committee” means a person or group of persons appointed by the community council to oversee and take responsibility for the election pursuant to Article B4.1. As appropriate, references in this Community Council Electoral Code to an electoral officer include an election committee and vice versa;

  • Behavioral health means the promotion of mental health, resilience and wellbeing; the treatment of mental and substance use disorders; and the support of those who experience and/or are in recovery from these conditions, along with their families and communities.

  • Behavioral health disorder means either a mental disorder

  • Moral turpitude means conduct that is wrong in itself even if no statute were to prohibit the conduct; and

  • Behavioral health provider means a person licensed under 34 chapter 18.57, 18.57A, 18.71, 18.71A, 18.83, 18.205, 18.225, or 18.79

  • written or verbal quotations means quotations referred to in paragraph 12(1)(b) of this Policy.

  • Seepage pit means an excavation deeper than it is wide that receives septic tank effluent and from which the effluent seeps from a structural internal void into the surrounding soil through the bottom and openings in the side of the pit.

  • Diversion means the unauthorized movement of radioactive material subject to this chapter to a location different from the material’s authorized destination inside or outside of the site at which the material is used or stored.

  • Serious means violations that either result in one or more neg- ative outcomes and significant actual harm to residents that does not constitute imminent danger, or there is a reasonable predictability of recurring actions, practices, situations, or incidents with potential for causing significant harm to a resident, or both.
