Before the delivery by the Trustee of the 2020 Certificate to the Purchaser, the Corporation shall cause to be filed with the Trustee the items required by Section 2.11 of the Original Indenture.
The Trustee shall give notice of redemption of the 2020 Certificate as provided in Section 4.02 of the Original Indenture to the extent applicable to the 2020 Certificate; provided, however, that notice of redemption of the 2020 Certificate shall not be required to be sent to any nationally recognized municipal securities depositories.

Notwithstanding anything in the Original Indenture to the contrary, the 2020 Certificate may be transferred in the manner specified in the Indenture, but may not be exchanged for any denomination other than the outstanding principal amount thereof.
