  • In the event of any misappropriation or misuse, Subscriber agrees that the legal remedies available to OTC Markets Group or its Third Party Information Providers will not be adequate to prevent harm to each of their proprietary rights, and OTC Markets Group and such Third Party Information Providers shall each have the right to obtain injunctive relief or other equitable remedies, individually or collectively, to protect each of their proprietary rights in such Information.

  • In the event of Subscriber breach or discovery of the untruth of any representation of Subscriber, OTC Markets Group may terminate this Agreement on not less than three (3) days written notice to Subscriber provided either by OTC Markets Group or Vendor.

  • In addition to terminations permitted under the Vendor's agreement, this Agreement may be terminated by Subscriber on 30 days written notice to Vendor and by OTC Markets Group on 30 days written notice either to Vendor or Subscriber.

  • The Company also grants OTC Markets Group the right to authorize the downloading and printing of such Content, or any portion thereof, by investors or other users for their personal use.
