Other Persons definition

Other Persons means any individual, body or business who is affected by the operation of a licensed premises regardless of their geographical location. Although they may be in any geographical position, any representation they make must be relevant to one or more of the licensing objectives, and must not be considered to be frivolous or vexatious. Additionally, any application to review a premises licence must not be repetitious.
Other Persons means, but is not limited to, consumer safety advocacy organizations, public interest groups, trade associations, industry advocacy organizations, other State, local, and Federal government agencies, and the media.§ 1115.26 Guidelines and policies.(a) General. (1) A recall notice should provide sufficient information and mo- tivation for consumers and other per- sons to identify the product and its ac- tual or potential hazards, and to re- spond and take the stated action. A re- call notice should clearly and concisely state the potential for injury or death.(2) A recall notice should be written in language designed for, and readily understood by, the targeted consumers or other persons. The language should be simple and should avoid or minimize the use of highly technical or legal ter- minology.(3) A recall notice should be targeted and tailored to the specific product and circumstances. In determining the form and content of a recall notice, the manner in which the product was ad- vertised and marketed should be con- sidered.
