Other Suppliers means all of the other suppliers that have entered into a contract with the Buyer that is similar in nature to this Agreement as contemplated by the Ministerial Directive.
Other Suppliers means all of the other suppliers that have a FIT Contract or other bilateral arrangements with the OPA similar in nature to the FIT Contract.
Other Suppliers means the other counterparties to bilateral arrangements with the Sponsor that are designated by the Sponsor from time to time as being “Other Suppliers” for the purposes of this Agreement.

If the Sponsor has not already done so, the Sponsor shall then deliver to the Suppliers the names of such Other Suppliers.

More Definitions of Other Suppliers
Other Suppliers means the suppliers under the Other Supply Agreements. “Owners’ Engineer” means an independent engineer selected by the ManagementCommittee to provide assistance to any Party in connection with ON Line, including the design, engineering, construction, commissioning and start-up of ON Line.
