Outstanding Series definition

Outstanding Series means, at any time, a Series issued pursuant to an effective Supplement for which the Series Termination Date for such Series has not occurred.
Outstanding Series shall have the meaning specified in subsection 4.03(f).
Outstanding Series shall have the meaning specified in Section 4.03(b)(vi) of the Pooling and Servicing Agreement.

Outstanding Series means, at any time, a Series issued pursuant to an effective Supplement and for which the Series Termination Date has not occurred, provided that for purposes of any vote or similar decision process determined by a vote based on a percentage of the Invested Amount or the Adjusted Invested Amount of any one or more Series or Classes, any Series or Class, 50% or more of which is owned either individually or in the aggregate by Ingrxx Xxxro Inc. or any Affiliate or Affiliates thereof, such Persons shall not be included in any such vote or decision process.
Outstanding Series means the Series 2002-A Notes and the Series 2003-A Notes.
Outstanding Series means, collectively, all Outstanding Public Series and all Outstanding Private Series.
Outstanding Series means, with respect to any date of determination, a Series with an Investor Interest of greater than zero.
Outstanding Series shall have the meaning specified in subsection ------------------ 4.01(f) of the Agreement.

  • Outstanding Parity Bonds means the Outstanding Series 2010B Bonds, Series 2011A Bonds, Series 2012A Bonds, Series 2014 Bonds, Series 2015 Bonds, Series 2016 Bonds, Series 2017 Bonds, and Series 2019A Bonds.

  • Outstanding Dollar Principal Amount has the meaning specified in the Indenture.

  • Principal amount financed means the unpaid cash price balance after deducting the down payment, adding the cost of any insurance premiums required or obtained as security for or by reason of the sale of a motor vehicle under an installment sale contract, and adding other costs necessary or incidental to the sale of the motor vehicle under the contract that the seller contracts to pay on behalf of the buyer and for the amount of which the seller agrees to extend credit to the buyer and for which the buyer contracts voluntarily.

  • Series 2019 Bonds means, collectively, the Series 2019A Bonds and the Series 2019B Bonds.

  • Bonds Outstanding means all Bonds which have been authenticated and delivered by the Trustee under this Indenture, except:

  • Series 2020 Bonds means the West Virginia Hospital Finance Authority Refunding Revenue Bonds (Thomas Health System, Inc.), Series 2020 A to be issued as a combination of tax-exempt and taxable non-rated fixed rate bonds by the Issuer, subject to its authority and discretion, in the aggregate principal amount of $60,100,000, to (i) refund and retire the Series 2008 Bonds at a discount to the current par amount outstanding, (ii) fund a debt service reserve fund for the Series 2020 Bonds, (iii) fund the Operating Reserve Fund, if necessary, as described in Article IV.C.1 of the Plan and (iv) finance costs of issuance of the Series 2020 Bonds.
