Owned Company Intellectual Property definition

Owned Company Intellectual Property means that portion of the Company Intellectual Property and Company Intellectual Property Rights that is owned by the Company Entities.

Owned Company Intellectual Property has the meaning set forth in Section 3.14(a).

Owned Company Intellectual Property means any and all Company Intellectual Property that is owned in whole or in part by the Company or any of its Subsidiaries (or that the Company or any of its Subsidiaries claims or purports to own in whole or in part). “Owned Company Intellectual Property” includes, but is not limited to, the Company Registered IP.

Examples of Owned Company Intellectual Property in a sentence

• To the knowledge of the Company, neither the Company nor its subsidiaries have (i) transferred ownership of, or granted any exclusive license with respect to, any Owned Company Intellectual Property to any other person, or (ii) done any act where such action would cause the rights of any of the Company or its subsidiaries in any Owned Company Intellectual Property that the Company or its subsidiaries intended to keep confidential to enter into the public domain.

• To the knowledge of the Company, each of the Company or its subsidiaries, as the case may be, has the sole and exclusive right to bring a claim or suit against a third party for past, present or future infringement of the Owned Company Intellectual Property and to retain for itself any damages recovered in any such action.

More Definitions of Owned Company Intellectual Property

Owned Company Intellectual Property includes, but is not limited to, the Company Registered IP;

Owned Company Intellectual Property means all Intellectual Property owned by the Company or any Company Subsidiary, other than unregistered items of Intellectual Property.

Owned Company Intellectual Property shall have the meaning set forth in Section 5.19(a) hereof.

Owned Company Intellectual Property means any and all Intellectual Property and Intellectual Property Rights that are owned by (solely or jointly) the Company or any Company Subsidiary (or that Company or any Company Subsidiary claims or purports to own), including all Registered Company Intellectual Property set forth on Section 3.14(a) of the Disclosure Schedule.

Owned Company Intellectual Property means any and all Intellectual Property Rights that are owned by (solely or jointly) any Company or Transferred Subsidiary, including eFolio and the Registered Company Intellectual Property, but excluding Seller Trademarks.

Owned Company Intellectual Property means all Intellectual Property owned by, or under obligation of assignment to, the Company or any of its Subsidiaries.

Owned Company Intellectual Property means all Intellectual Property that is owned by the Company or any of its Subsidiaries.
