Paired Common Unit definition

Paired Common Unit has the meaning set forth in the Pairing Agreement.
Paired Common Unit means any Partnership Common Unit that is issued and paired with one or more Special Voting Shares (or fractions thereof) in accordance with the Pairing Agreement.

  • The term “Partnership Unit” shall have the meaning assigned to such term in the ARC Partnership Agreement and, in the case of any Paired Common Unit (as defined in the ARC Partnership Agreement), shall include any share or shares of Special Voting Stock paired therewith.

Related to Paired Common Unit

  • Class A Common Unit means a Common Unit having the rights and obligations specified with respect to Class A Common Units in this Agreement.

  • Common Unit means a common unit representing a limited partner interest in the Partnership having the rights set forth in the Partnership Agreement.

  • Target Common Stock means the common stock, $.0001 par value per share, of Target.

  • Class B Common Unit means one of that certain class of Common Units with those special rights and obligations specified in this Agreement as being appurtenant to a “Class B Common Unit”.

  • Common Unit Economic Balance means (i) the Capital Account balance of the General Partner, plus the amount of the General Partner’s share of any Partner Minimum Gain or Partnership Minimum Gain, in either case to the extent attributable to the General Partner’s ownership of Partnership Common Units and computed on a hypothetical basis after taking into account all allocations through the date on which any allocation is made under Section 6.2.D hereof, divided by (ii) the number of the General Partner’s Partnership Common Units.

  • FTPS Unit means Units which are purchased through the Fund/SERV(R) trading system or on a manual basis through FTP Services LLC or for which FTP Services LLC is acting as FTPS Unit Servicing Agent.

  • Class A Common Units means the Company's Class A Common Units.

  • Old Common Stock means the Company's common stock, par value $.01 per share, outstanding as of the date of the Company's filing of the petition commencing the Chapter 11 Case.

  • Common Unit Arrearage means, with respect to any Common Unit, whenever issued, as to any Quarter within the Subordination Period, the excess, if any, of (a) the Minimum Quarterly Distribution with respect to a Common Unit in respect of such Quarter over (b) the sum of all Available Cash distributed with respect to a Common Unit in respect of such Quarter pursuant to Section 6.4(a)(i).

  • Class B Unit means a Partnership Unit which is designated as a Class B Unit of the Partnership.

  • ACCUMULATION UNIT VALUE means the dollar value of each Accumulation Unit in a Separate Account on a given date. (If Investment Funds apply as described in Section 2.02, then the terms of this Section 2.03 apply separately to each Fund, unless otherwise stated.) Amounts allocated or transferred to a Separate Account are used to purchase Accumulation Units of that Account. Units are redeemed when amounts are deducted, transferred or withdrawn. The number of Accumulation Units in a Separate Account at any time is equal to the number of Accumulation Units purchased minus the number of Units redeemed in that Account up to that time. The number of Accumulation Units purchased or redeemed in a transaction is equal to the dollar amount of the transaction divided by the Account's Accumulation Unit Value for that Transaction Date.

  • Common Unitholder means a Member who is the registered holder of Common Units.

  • OP Unit Economic Balance has the meaning set forth in Section 6.03(c) hereof.

  • OP Unit means a Partnership Unit which is designated as an OP Unit of the Partnership.

  • Common Units means common units representing limited partner interests in the Partnership.

  • Accumulation Unit is the unit of measure we use before the Income Date to keep track of the value of each Variable Sub-Account.

  • Unit Value means, at any time, the value of each Stock Unit, which value shall be equal to the Fair Market Value (as defined in the Plan) of a Share on such date.

  • Class A Common Stock means the Class A common stock, par value $0.01 per share, of the Company.

  • REIT Share means a share of common stock, par value $.01 per share, of the General Partner.

  • Class A Common Shares means shares of the Class A Common Stock, par value $.01 per share, of the Company.
