Participating institution definition

Participating institution means an "institution" as defined in KRS 164.001 that actively participates in the federal Pell Grant program, executes a contract with the authority on terms the authority deems necessary or appropriate for the administration of its programs, and:
Participating institution means an institution at which portions of a graduate medical education program are regularly conducted and to which residents rotate for an educational experience for at least one month.
Participating institution has the meaning specified in Section 7.08(b).

  • Program Lender shall be solely responsible to fulfill its obligations under any agreements it may have with any Participating Institution regarding origination and funding of such Seasoned Loans.

  • Notwithstanding paragraph 25 of the schedule to the Scheme, if in the opinion of the Scheme Operator a Participating Institution is in breach of its obligations under these Rules, the Scheme Operator may by notice in writing take such action as the Scheme Operator deems appropriate in the context of the breach and may recommend to the Guarantor that the Guarantor take any of the actions detailed in paragraph 25 of the schedule to the Scheme.
