  • Affected Persons means persons who, on account of an involuntary taking of land under the Project, had or would have their: (a) standard of living adversely affected; or (b) right, title or interest in any house, land (including premises, agricultural and grazing land) or any other fixed or movable asset acquired or possessed, temporarily or permanently; or (c) access to productive assets adversely affected, temporarily or permanently; or (d) business, occupation, work or place of residence or habitat adversely affected, temporarily or permanently; and “Affected Person” means any of the Affected Persons.

  • Material Modification means any modification to an Interconnection Request that has a material adverse effect on the cost or timing of Interconnection Studies related to, or any Network Upgrades or Local Upgrades needed to accommodate, any Interconnection Request with a later Queue Position.

  • First Lien Credit Agreement has the meaning set forth in the recitals hereto.

  • Amendment Documents means this Amendment, the Credit Agreement (as amended by this Amendment), and each certificate and other document executed and delivered by the Borrowers pursuant to Section 5 hereof.

  • Other Parties shall have the meaning set forth in Section 10.7(c).

  • Contracting Parties has the meaning set forth in Section 9.14.

  • DIP means debtor-in-possession.

This includes administrative proceedings at the Federal and State level but only in connection with performance of a Federal contract or grant. It does not include agency actions such as contract audits, site visits, corrective plans, or inspection of deliverables.
